Comments

Sofa, coca cola cooler and the domestic deep fryers have been removed from the premise. New stand-up refrigerator replacing the coca cola cooler is now in use and was at 4 degrees Celsius. This new refrigerator is temporarily serving as the main cooler in the food preparation area. Preparation cooler is still out of order pending servicing/repair. Please provide copy of service/repair report for review by August 7, 2018. Premise is now serviced by a licensed pest control company each month for a 12-month period for the control of mice. Rodent droppings have been cleaned up. Discussed with manager about organizing the storage areas to help prevent rodent harborage, and removing any items that are not needed for business operations.
