Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty wiping rags noted on counters
Corrective Action(s): All wiping rags to be washed/rinsed and store in a bucket of sanitizer between uses to prevent any cross contamination

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed blender container being washed by staff by Only Rinsing it??
Corrective Action(s): -All dishware to be washed using the existing 3 compartment sinks and follow the 4 steps:
wash-rinse- sanitize - air dry
-Ensure all staff are trained to follow the sanitation plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel noted in staff washroom
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel to be available at all sinks-
Manager advised that the paper towel dispenser been broken and will be fixed.
Discussed: in similar situation while waiting for repair ensure paper towel (roll or in a basket) are available. Done at time of visit.

Observation: Poor cleaning noted for under and behind equipment and floor
Corrective Action(s): Clean the noted area. Follow regular cleaning based on company's sanitation plan to maintain a satisfactory level.
