Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AXNQDQ:

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at food contact surface. Chlorine test strips available. Ensure to monitor the sanitizer concentration (min 50ppm chlorine) dispensed from the dishwasher daily (ie in the morning before operating).
- All surface sanitizers in designated red buckets and in spray bottles at 200ppm Quat solution in the main kitchen.
- The prep line cooler in the main kitchen measured at 4C at the time of the inspection.
- Thermometer provided in the prep line cooler and measured 4C.
- Tin foil and cardboard have been removed.
