Routine Inspection Completed. Permit posted and up to date. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser at 200ppm. QUATs solution in bucket at 200ppm. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Prep coolers at 4C or below. Food covered and stored off the ground. Sanitary facilities adequately supplied. TerminX pest control completes inspections every 3 months. No pest issues noted during inspection. Employees adequately dressed with hair tied back/covered. General sanitation and maintenance is good.
