304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Several mouse droppings observed behind pallets along wall where sugar is stored. Staff stated that pest control company comes in for servicing monthly and was last in approx 2 weeks ago. Also observed gap under door next to receiving bay door and at far end of receiving bay door. Corrective Action(s): 1) Pull out all pallets along wall with sugar and clean out droppings. *Due Sept 27th* Monitor daily for new mouse activity (ie droppings) and contact pest control company if new ones appear. 2) Install weather stripping under door next to receiving bay door and fill gap at far end of receiving bay door to prevent pest entry. *Due: Sept 27th* Violation Score: 9
