Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
NOTE: Ensure to have the front prep cooler adjusted to <4'C to avoid temperature of the upper unit reaching above 4'C during busy hours.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum level of chlorine (50ppm) at the plate level after final rinse.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- Back storage area satisfactory.
NOTE: Ensure to have all dried goods placed on storage shelves at all times as discussed at the time of the inspection.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
