Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles today.
Profiteroles and crackers are stored in pre-wrapped bags then in cardboard box, or lined with waxing paper.
Aluminum cans not being used to reheat food at time of inspection.
Back screen has been restapled so the screen is secure.
Walk-in cooler floor cleaned.
Discussed to remove spatula/scraper from container of icing in the walk-in cooler. Do not store utensils inside food and keep food covered when not in use.
