- General sanitation - satisfactory.
- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels.
- All coolers are maintained at less than 4C.
- All freezers are less than -18C.
- Surface sanitizer solution is measured at 200ppm quats at dispenser and in buckets.
- Dishwasher is measured at 71.2C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface.
- 3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
- Pest control measures are in place. Last inspection conducted on 06/20/2023 (as per the invoice). Insect monitor in place.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- Hot holding units are measured at 60C or above.
- Staff washroom - satisfactory; handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels;hot/cold running water.
Note: Front display cooler is turn off and empty; the under-counter cooler (close to the entrance door) is empty; multiple thermometers in this cooler/note posted on the door - "not in use".
Note: Old ice-maker kept in the store.
