Soap and paper towels at hand sink.
- Cooler <= 4 deg C, freezer compartment at <=-18 deg C.
- Shelter program no longer offered, Kitchen used primarily for parishioners.
- Bleach spray at ~100 ppm concentration.
- General sanitation excellent.
- No signs of pests.
* High temp dishwasher: not able to check is the person in the office did not know how to use it. Left a thermolable to check (on a clean mug) please confirm the temp.
- Dry foods storage good.
- No concerns at this time.
