Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle as well as in a small bucket. - Professional pest control company contracted for a bimonthly visit. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility VERY GOOD. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
