Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature ranging from 64C to 68C.
Corrective Action(s): High temperature dishwasher must be able to reach a minimum of 71C on the dish surface to properly sanitize equipment and utensils. While dishwasher is being serviced, manual sanitizing can be carried out in the 2-compartment sink (soak for 30 seconds). Change the solution twice daily. Bleach at 100ppm was prepared at the time of inspection. Sanitize all equipment and dishware in the facility.

-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Cake display cooler was at 4C.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-18C.
-Upright freezer was at -11C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Coffee foaming attachment sanitized with 200ppm bleach after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 7, 2023.
