Inspection in response to ownership change. No changes to operation or management at this time -General sanitation of premises and equipment satisfactory -All coolers at 4 deg. C or colder. Freezers at -12 deg. C to -18 deg. C -Handsinks supplied with hot + cold running water liquid soap and paper towel -Dishwasher operational. > 50 ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle. Test strips present for monitoring -Quats sanitizer present in buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration of solution checked measured 200 ppm. -Pest control contract in place with service twice monthly. Contract will be maintained with ownership change. *Ongoing monitoring is needed combined with maintaining a high level of sanitation. No droppings noted at time of inspection -Most recent service report provided at the time of the inspection (report from Sept. 9/19). *Ensure potential entrance point near ice machine is addressed as per recommendations from Pest Control Technician. -Health application submitted. Food safety and sanitation procedures present. Copy of owner's foodsafe level 1 certificate submitted.
