Follow up inspection: -Assistant Manager informed that the two under-the-counter replacement refrigeration units are still on back-order, and they are expecting to receive them within approximately a week from today. In the interim, she informed that they have been storing wieners and condiments for nachos in the refrigeration units in the back area of the food service establishment. -Once the new under-the-counter coolers are installed in the same locations of the front service area, ensure to monitor and maintain them at 4 degrees C or less, and ensure that they are equipped with accurate thermometers prior to stocking them with potentially hazardous food. Contact the health department (Surrey Health Protection) to arrange for a follow up inspection upon installing the under-the-counter replacement refrigeration units. If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Health Officer. Signature is not required due to COVID-19.
