Follow-up inspection completed - The floor in front of the kitchen sink has been repaired. The floor is level, durable, smooth, sealed + cleanable. - The raw wood frame around the dishwasher has been sealed/painted, and an access cover installed on the side. - A clean bucket with ice-water solution has been placed by the ice cream display unit. - All scoops have been placed inside the ice cream freezer display unit when not in use. - All units have been corrected and conditions on the permit have been removed.
