Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not dispensing any chlorine. Operator had derergent and sanitizer containers mixed up. Once switched back and primed, sanitizer concentration of approx.100ppm was detected in final rinse. Wash temperature at 129F.
Corrective Action(s): Re wash and sanitize all utensils as monitoring records were not being kept on the diswasher. Monitor sanitizer concentration in dishwasher every day.
