Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 3 compartment sink had 50 ppm chlorine.
2. Spray bottle had > 200 ppm chlorine.
3. Found chlorine being added to quats containers
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must ensure equipment is sanitized with 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
2. Purchase chlorine test strips to make sure chlorine sanitizer is right concentration.
3. NEVER mix different chemicals as may result in hazardous conditions.
