Inspection report 259837 High temp dishwasher reached 71C at the plate/and 85C at the final cycle Bleach used as approved sanitizer All coolers - operate at $C or below The GM on site informed me that they are not providing any food to kids at this time. So, the Permit to operate will be cancelled as of today/ no more invoices will be received for the next year.
