Routine inspection conducted:
-Display coolers and milk cooler in the back were at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F and were equipped with thermometers.
-Display freezers and ice cream freezer in the back were at or below -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F.
-Seal of backdoor was replaced and a gap was not observed.
-No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection
-Food storage areas were clean and organized.
-Note: 3 baby formula jars ("128 ml Heinz carrot" jars) had recently expired on the shelf. The Store Manager removed these products from the point of sale and mentioned that they would return them to the supplier. Please ensure all expiration dates of baby food/formulas is closely monitored to prevent this issue in the future. Advise staff to use the first in first out principle and to check dates on a regular basis.
