Follow-up inspection conducted for Report JTUG-CJ2UCE: - Rodent dropping have been removed behind the ice machine and in between the dry storage racks in the basement - Rodent droppings have not been removed behind the chest freezers in the room with hot water tank. - Operator said that the leadership team was unable to purchase shatterproof covers for the light bulbs from their original supplier. Leadership team is looking into other suppliers for shatterproof covers - Operator said that an order has been placed to replace the interior of the prep cooler door with a material that is smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean. - Operator said that Bugman Pest Control Company visits site weekly to check for pests and pest activity Action items: - Ensure rodent droppings are removed behind the chest freezers in the room that has hot water tank. Clean and disinfect the floors with bleach solution (1.5 cups bleach in 1 gallon of water) - Continue looking for alternative suppliers to purchase shatterproof light bulb covers - Continue to monitor for signs of pests and pest activity throughout the kitchen and basement. - Email the undersigned a copy of the latest pest control report
