Observation: Due to droppings observed on many food contact surfaces, food container lids and kitchen equipment all surfaces will need to be cleaned and sanitized prior to reopening after the infestation has been resolved.
Sandich prep cooler observed with food splatter build up on underside of lid as well as on inside surfaces.

Correction: Ensure staff are trained on how to properly clean an sanitize the slicer. Use a flashlight to check the cleaning. Use a brush to reach hard to reach areas.

New pest control company hired. Pest infestation substantially mitigated. Pest control company will be on site Saturday an Sunday. Follow up inspection slated for Monday.
Old droppings have been removed. All potential exterior access points have been sealed to prevent pest entry.
Premises and equipment has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Meat slicer has been cleaned. Brushes have been purchased to aid in cleaning the slicer.
Sandwich prep cooler opposite the oven has been cleaned.
Closure order lifted, premises may reopen.
