Follow-up inspection for KMLN-ATBUVY

Resolved violations:
1. Hot water tank repaired; hot water available at the time of inspection; hot water supplied instantly when tap was turned on.
***required operator to have its setting at high temperature setting at all times in order to supply hot water at all times***
2. All the dishes and utensils washed and sanitized with hot water through dishwasher to ensure that they are safe to be used
3. All items in the walk-in cooler are now covered properly to protect food from contamination; utensils in food for portioning are out of the food container and are washed and sanitized
4. Heavy cleaning performed throughout the facility; evidence of heavy cleaning present especially behind cooking equipment
5. all chemical bottles are now labelled to show what the contents are

Outstanding violations:
1. missing tiles are yet to be corrected (refer to routine inspection report KMLN-ATBUVY for details and time allowed for correction)

Closure order rescinded; premises permitted to open for business
Operator must ensure that hot water is available at all times and sanitary conditions are kept at this state by cleaning regularly.
