Corrective Action(s): Temperature log entry from earlier this morning indicates that the cooler was operating at/near 4 degrees Celsius. Monitor the temperature closely today. If the temperature inside the cooler doesn't return to 4 C or less within the next hour, transfer all perishable foods to alternate units and discontinue use of cooler #2 until it can be inspected/serviced by a repair technician.
