Routine Inspection: - Hot/Cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - Chest freezer by the back exit was -18C or lower - Chest freezers along the back wall were both -18C or lower - Stainless steel upright freezer was -18C or lower - Coca cola cooler not in use - currently being used as storage - Chest freezer by cooking line was -18C or lower - Front cooler for cookies/desserts was 4C or lower - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower - Sandwich preparation cooler was 3C or lower - top area with cut vegetables was 6C but this was due to lunch rush - Hot holding units for chilli and gravy were both 60C or higher - Meat slicer was in good condition - Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 chlorine at plate surface - 100 ppm chlorine used as sanitizer, available in multiple locations throughout the facility - General sanitation was good - Good food item storage practices were observed - No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns.
