A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Fridge was 4C; freezer was -14C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach present for sanitizing surfaces. No sanitizing solution present at time of inspection. - Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle present. Ensure the sanitizing cycle is used when washing dishes and utensils after a booking. - Domestic stove/oven unit present. Rarely used. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
