Walk-in cooler temp borderline - daily monitoring records indicate a range of 4-6C at start of day. Note - there is a visible gap between the cooler door and door frame. Please ensure walk-in cooler door adjusted/repaired to seal around door. Other options would be to install an additional cooler in the kitchen.
