Comments

-Discussed washing utensils in the 2-compartment sink. Ensure that a 100 ppm bleach solution is used to sanitize utensils after each use. A solution was prepared during the inspection.

All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All meat on site is produced at the store's other location.
Discussed frequency of cleaning meat slicers.
Follow up inspection required.
