Correction: for one small bucket full of water, add 1 capfull of bleach to achieve 100-200ppm chlorine. Please obtain test strips to verify on site.

> No hot holding at the time. Facility has just finished preparing lunch at the time of inspection. Cooked food items are room temperature held for the duration of the lunch period, after which leftovers are discarded. No cooling for reuse.

General:
> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 71.4C verified by thermolabel.
> Bleach sanitizing solution available. See violation regarding concentration.
> Overall storage of food is satisfactory.
> General sanitation is excellent.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> FOODSAFE certified staff on site.
