- No perishable foods noted at room temperature at time of inspection.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer with cloths submerged was available in each food preparation area (drink area, dim sum area, main kitchen area)
- All hand wash stations including the two compartment sink beside the dishwasher was fully equipped and accessible (work table and shelving unit relocated to allow for clear/direct access to hand sinks).
- All foods stored foods were covered
- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation.
- No ants noted in premises. Operator has pest control company come in - follow up will be done in one week. Submit follow up pest control report to the undersigned for review.
