A follow-up inspection was completed: - The glasswasher had a [Cl2] of 50ppm during the rinse cycle. The dispensing tubes have been replaced. The glasswasher can be used to sanitize bar glasses only. - The interior ice machine surfaces have been cleaned. No mould or mildew found. - The yearly health permit fees have been paid. Valid health permit and decal present. - Floor drains and sink drains are regularly treated by the pest company with special foam.
