* General sanitation is good, with the exception of back -janitorial area- cleaning and organizing is required- operator advised of a recent renovation (grease traps) and the area will get clean and sectioned off
-FS certificate for staff are being renewed-at least one staff with valid FS is on site, on site manager is register for the refresher course!
