test strips available and measured at 200ppm
Air room temperature 5C
All display coolers operating at below 4C
Walk in cooler well organized/all food stored off teh floor

Bulk food department: high temp dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse
Use one compartment sink /supplied with quat
Measured at 200ppm
Recommendation: it will be recommended to provide 2 compartment sink for larger equipment/bins to wash/sanitized.
Discussed with Manager on site, will see what they can do in the future ( end of January, 2025 )

Produce department: use " Victory" for washing vegetables/fruits before cutting
