Follow up inspection:
-Rodent droppings were removed from affected areas.
-Operator informed that they have scheduled a pest control technician to provide a service on November 7, 2022.
-Ensure to provide a copy of your pest control report to the Environmental Health Officer.
-Take-out containers were stored in a pest-proof plastic bin with a lid.
-Continue checking for signs of recent pest activity (e.g. rodent droppings) and following pest control measures.
-Copy of revised food safety plan was recently received on November 2, 2022 via email and will be reviewed.
-Operator with assistance from her staff member made revisions to the sanitation plan (cleaning method and cleaning schedule) during the inspection to make it more comprehensive.
-Updated sanitation plan was provided for health approval.
