Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The paper towel dispensers not working at the 3 handsink stations. Paper towers were available on the counters for staffs.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dispensers are working properly. The current way of using paper tower (on the counter) will wet the paper towel stack. Always monitor all paper towel dispensers and ensure they are functioning. Paper towels are restocked during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted mice droppings in the following areas:
Back dry storage, behind the large and small ovens and the dry storage room.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all droppings and disinfect the above noted areas.
Pest company visits twice a month. Consult the pest control to focus on the affected areas.

Observation: Noted the brush door weather strip ends were ripped on back entrance door. This will create an open space for mice to enter the processing area. Also the baseboard beside was ripped.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the ripped weather strip to new strip. Replace baseboard to ensure all corners are sealed and coved. Given 1 week to correct.
