Any pooling water is cleaned at the end of each day. - Caustic and peroxyacetic acid used for cleaning and sanitizing beer production equipment - Walk-in cooler organized, only used for storage of finished product and raw ingredients (hops) - All grains stored off the ground - Two-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Liquid soap and paper towels available at this sink for handwashing. - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection *Ensure bay doors are kept close to prevent potential pest entry.
