BOH walls washed. scheduled for washing every friday from now on - good knife holder has been cleaned and sanitized - good Single use utensils and containers removed from servicing, some kept for use but discarded at the end of the day - good Caulking replaced around FOH handwash station - good. BOH 3 comp sink caulking work has been submitted to SFU - good Note: operator has added 2 extra coolers in the FOH. Ensure that addition or removal of equipment is pre-approved by district inspector in the future.
