- noodle soup broth not-held at 64 degrees C.
- washed cilantro kept in a cooler.
- condensed Milk for iced coffee kept in a cooler.
- sanitize bucket available with 100-200 ppm chlorine solution.
- used cloth is discarded and not re-used to clean the grill.
- no food preparation noted on dishwasher sink at the time of inspection.
- food debris, containers and grease note underneath and hard-to-reach areas cleaned up.
Operator holds a valid FoodSafe Level 1.
