Operator had notified the health inspector that the pizza warmer had been obtained on Wednesday,

When the health inspector arrived there were pizza slices already being displayed in the warmer for selling. Pictures taken. Staff had advised facility had been selling pizza slices since Thursday.

Correction Order issued on August 20, 2019 clearly states that "facility cannot sell pizza by slice until approved by the health inspector, whether using a warmer or by displaying at room temperature, following time tracking system."
Violation Ticket will be issued to the owner of the business for not complying with a Public Health Order.

-Pizza warmer operating >60'C at this time. Facility will be approved to use the warmer to sell pizza slices once the following are in compliance:
Ensure to obtain a thermometer as explained and mentioned on the previous follow-up inspection report (Aug 20, 2019).
Ensure to submit updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan.
