Observation: Gaps below both door entrances are large enough to allow for entrance of pests.

Gap around piping at back of shelving adjacent to 2 compartment sinks allow for entrance of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Install door sweeps on both doors - gaps between floor and door jam when door is closed to be less than 1 cm.

Seal wall cavity around plumbing pipes to exclude entry of pests.

Observation: Mouse droppings and urine stains observed in the following locations: behind corner upright freezer, on floor behind TV rack, on counter tops around exterior pass through and microwave, and on floor in corner near entrance and behind both fridges.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
