Routine inspection conducted with the presence of 2 staff. - General sanitation was good! - Hand sinks fully equipped with paper towel, liquid soap and hot/cold running water. - Ice-cream freezers and chest freezer measured to be -18C or below. - Walk in cooler, beverage sliding door coolers measured at 4C or below. - The temperature of the sandwich display cooler maintained at 4.5C measured by probe thermometer. - QUATS surface sanitizer measured to be 200ppm. - No hot holding present at time of inspeciton. - No pest activity observed during inspection. - Thermometers present in each refrigeration unit. - Randomly checked Best-Before-Date of the nuts and sunflower, no expired food observed. NOTE: replace the thermometer inside the sandwiches cooler. Its reading is not correct.
