Recommended to regularly check sanitizer concentration with test strips. If containers test for < 200ppm QUATs by 2 hours, consider replacing more frequently

Please remind all staff to keep personal items/foods away from food meant for customers.

Observation: Grease build up observed on deep fryer range hood filters. Staff stated orders will be placed for new filters to Pizza Hut head office soon. Filters are to be washed every 2-3 weeks.

Observation: **REPEAT** Undercounter warmer door near point of sales observed to be not closing at time of inspection due to an issue with the latch. Staff stated work order has been submitted to head office. Maintenance is awaiting a part before unit can be fixed.
