Exhaust hood filter, floor and prep tables all cleaned. Fridge is also cleaned. Please ensure to clean these areas more frequently as discussed.
Large mixing bowl has been relocated to shelving unit in the back.
Food stored properly and grocery bags not used to store food directly.
Raw meats stored on the bottom shelf of cooler.
No opened cans of food being wrapped for reuse.
Rice cooker cannot be properly cleaned and has been replaced.
Rice scoop stored in ice water bath.
Bleach sanitizer available in the front and back. Reviewed mixing ratio again - 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre for 100ppm
Wooden board removed from mop sink - please use this sink to dump dirty water and clean mop.
