Follow-up inspection: - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. - Display cooler at the serving area measured with an ambient air temperature of 13C. No food stored inside. Operator stated it was serviced twice already. - Contact the Environmental Health Officer once the aforementioned cooler is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C.
