Dishwasher placed over top of existing grease trap and subject to moderate water dripping from unit. Operator stated there since premises opening. Water ponding along edges and center of lid. Modify sanitation plan to include increased mopping in this area. May need to relocate the dishwasher - will monitor.

Bag of taco dressing sitting in bowl of murky brown liquid. Remove, clean and replace in clean bowl. If leaking, discard as it could have become contaminated.


Covid 19 Safety plan:

- Employee check-in must be updated to include latest symptom information, travel history, and "sick-at-work isolation/disinfection procedures.
