On December 2, 2019, Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details: - A child was not picked up from school - A staff used inappropriate guidance All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained from a variety of sources, including interviews and facility records. Licensing deternined the following contraventions: - Child Care Licensing Regulation section 56(1)(d) - CCLR section 34(2)(b) - CCLR section 55(2)(a) |
