Observation: -No designated handwash sink. Paper towels not present on premises. handwash sink in front used for rinsing out blenders.
Corrective Action(s): The front handwash sink is now the designated sink for handwashing. This sink is solely for the purpose of handwashing and not for cleaning of equipment. Obtain paper towels. *one sink of the two compartment sink used for handwashing

Observation: Mice droppings noted underneath the area around the ice machine in the back.
Corrective Action(s): remove the mice droppings/clean & sanitize the area with a bleach solution. Mice droppings appear to be old. Continue monitoring area for pest activity.
