Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher had no detectable chlorine sanitizer (pail was clear).
Corrective Action(s): Glasswasher must be able to supply 50ppm chlorine to properly sanitize glassware. Sanitizer pail was changed at the time of inspection and tested at 50ppm. Rewash and sanitize all glassware in the bar area.

-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 14, 2028.
