All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests. Traps in place. Pest control reports on site and reviewed during the inspection. Integrated pest control measures discussed.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
