Note: Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection. Monthly functions are held where food is prepared and served out of this kitchen. As discussed previously, there must be at least one person with FoodSafe certification supervising (and be able to produce their certificate/card for verification).
Handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Two door cooler: 3.9 deg C
Upright freezer: -13.1 deg C
Dishwasher achieved 71.7 deg C plate level on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required)
