Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Freezer (walk-in) less than-18C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- Hot holding units for food service are greater than 60C
- Quats solution at the dispenser available at 200ppm concentration
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during the final rinse at the dish surface.
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is EXCELLENT!
- All staff has Foodsafe

NOTE: Different dining areas only have cooler units to store any food. All food preparation and dishwashing occurs at the main kitchen
