Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 and 3 compartment sink available for use.
Bleach available for use. Reminder when kitchen is in operation for food service to the public a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution must be prepared and available for use. General sanitizer formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Dishwasher registers 71 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Dry storage area clean and organized. Left freezer at -17 degrees C. Right freezer not turned on. All food products removed from freezer.
2 door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Permit posted on kitchen cabinet door.
Kitchen currently not in use due to COVID-19. Temperature records not maintained. Once operations resume (e.g. serving meals to the community) monitor cooler and freezer temperatures.
